Hans Lindeberg, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations in North America. Lindeberg joined ALK in 2005, following ten years at GlaxoSmithKline in product management and strategic sales roles. Lindeberg has developed and led strategic sales and marketing plans, and as his expertise increased, he was named General Manager for ALK’s Nordic sales region. In this role, Lindeberg doubled the size of the Nordic sales region and was awarded ALK’s ‘General Manager of the Year’ two times.

Andy Ameye is the Vice-President, Product Supply at ALK-Abello Americas. As VP, Product Supply, he is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, packaging and distribution operations and is based out the Port Washington site. Andy has extensive experience in managing pharma operations in both small and large companies. When he is not working, you’ll find him fishing, boating, and generally doing whatever his wife and daughter tell him to do.

Tim Davis is the President of ALK Source Materials, Inc. As ALK Source Material’s President, he is responsible for all operations that support collecting and producing source material used to produce ALK immunotherapy products, and is based out the Post Falls, Idaho, USA. Tim Davis has 25 years of experience in the manufacture and production of Pharmaceutical products. When not working, you’ll find him on a river or lake fishing.

Andrew Desbarats is the General Manager of ALK-Abello Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Canada.  As GM, he is responsible for setting the strategy and growing ALK’s Canadian affiliate across business units, with the ultimate goal of improving the ways in which Canadian allergy patients manage their allergies. Based out of the Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario, Andrew has over 20 years of biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience in research, product development and sales and marketing.  When not working, Andrew will be cycling, skiing or trying to assemble his family to walk the dog.

Colleen Mansfield is the Director of Human Resources for North America at ALK-Abello Americas. As Director of Human Resources Colleen is responsible for compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations and payroll and is based out of Port Washington, New York. Colleen has 25 years of Human Resources management experience primarily in the financial services industry. Colleen enjoys spending time with family and cooking and baking.

Hendrik Nolte, MD, Ph.D is the Senior Vice President of Research and Development at ALK-Abello Americas and International. He also serves the role of Chief Medical Officer. As Senior Vice President of Research he is responsible for the development and execution of the R&D strategy for North America and International as well medical affairs. He represents the ethical and medical voice of the company externally and is based out of Bedminster, NJ. Hendrik has 35 years of research and drug development experience and responsible for developing asthma and immunotherapy products approved globally. When he is not working, you will find him spending time with his wife and daughters. He enjoys spinning, hunting and fly-fishing.
