Scary Movie Night

This year we decided that our Kitchen on the 7th floor should be all about being spooky!

We have prepared a survey for our employees with a few movie titles to choose from. It could give us an idea of what the majority wants to see tonight. After a few days, it became clear – this year's Halloween was for the brave. The final pick was 'Rosemary’s Baby,' a psychological horror film directed by Roman Polanski in the 60s.

The kitchen was definitely for the brave, covered with spiders and their webs, treats, balloons, and, of course, a projector to display a movie on a screen. Lights off, candles on, and popcorn ready.

Not only was the kitchen prepared for the spooky event, but we also organized a costume contest for our employees to participate and showcase their creativity. We've seen a few mermaids, pumpkins, and (obviously) witches but there was one spook-tacular costume that scared us the most!

The winner is Marcin, who dressed up as a victim of Scream’s character. Fortunately, we can confirm that he survived this abduction. His bravery did not go unnoticed, as he has received all the treats and a pumpkin! Only a few survived until the very end of the movie and, at the same time, had a chance to pick yet another one to end the night on an even scarier note – 'Don’t Breathe' left us breathless indeed.

Hope your Halloween night was as boo-tiful as in ALK.
