Procedure for raising a concern

If you are an employee of ALK, you are encouraged to discuss concerns first with your supervisor, manager or other appropriate personnel, such as local/global HR, local/global Finance, Corporate Affairs & Legal, or Information Security as an initial step in resolving concerns. 

Provide as much information as you can. It is also possible to upload files, copies of documents etc. All data provided will be subject to data privacy regulations. All reports received are evaluated and responded to and investigations are conducted if deemed necessary.

We kindly ask for your understanding that the ALK Alertline unfortunately cannot accept, process and, in particular, forward customer complaints or concerns.
