Year 2018 was filled with hard work and a lot of successes. We are looking forward to see how many more great opportunities to succeed 2019 will bring.

Purpose of our company is to help people with allergy and make their life easier. We can truly say we care about people and we try to make our best to help them in every possible way.

Beside everyday hard work we also supporting many charity campaigns such as:

Belonging means acceptance as a member or part. Such a simple word for huge concept. A sense of belonging is a human need, just like the need for food and shelter.

In connection with the above we created Event Calendar 2019 which contain 15 events such as:

Football Championship, Go-karts, Beach party, Christmas party or our favourite Awaydays Winter and Summer when we spend 2 days outside our office where we are able to know each other better, build bridges while celebrating and having fun…

… and many, many more events which stays in our memory for long time.

What really matters in the workplace is helping employees feel appreciated. ALK-Abello found perfect solution how to do it: HIGH FIVE! Awadrs.

Let’s not forget about the ones who can’t ask for help by themselves- ANIMALS

Because they bring us joy.

And compassion.

Because they are voiceless.

Because they wish us no harm.

Because they are our companions.

And because we are all animals.

We will never stop being a voice, for them.

We decided to help Animal Shelter in Kraków. We collected money, toys, food, and blankets for dogs and cats. We also organized ALK FAIR where everybody could bring things they want to sell for example books, muffins, homemade jams, CDs, posters, etc., and from the collected money, we bought over 100 kg of animal food.

One of our Cultural Beliefs is to Build Bridges which means seeking mutual understanding, appreciating that ALK is a place where everyone is connected, reaching out to colleagues, and believing that we can create better results together than we can alone. We believe that spending time together brings us closer. That is why in June ALK employees took part in go-karts racing. Everybody had a lot of fun and we found out who is the best go-kart driver between us.
After a day of adventures and healthy competition, we are looking forward to the next ALK event :) 

Summer is a favourite part of the year for most people. When warm days come we need to use it the best we can. That’s why every summer ALK employees are invited to the Beach Party. This year it took place on 18^th July at Kryspinów lake which is a popular leisure spot among Cracovians. Along with relaxing on sunbeds and enjoying amazing weather we had volleyball matches, pedalos, wakeboard, etc. After the activities, we had a delicious grill. Late afternoon employees came back to Kraków with a mind full of fun memories from this warm summer day :) 

Today we are celebrating 5 years of ALK GBSC!

We are proud to have so many great employees whose hard work is making the company GREAT as well. We wish to ourselves other years of doing the right thing, pursue growing and building bridges.

In the coming years, we are looking forward to new opportunities to improve the quality of life for people with allergy and we will do our best to become a world leader in allergy.

This time our away day took place in a beautiful city of Poland- Szczawnica. We were very lucky because although it was already September weather was just perfect.

We had a lot of fun during rafting on the Dunajec river where we were building our skills of teamwork; everybody was impressed by the beautiful views of the Polish and Slovakian mountains. After a whole day of team building experience we were tired but in a very good mood couldn’t wait for what more this trip will bring.

Year by year Halloween is getting to be more and more popular in Poland that’s why this year our company decided to make a competition for the best-drilled pumpkin.

Employees created 11 groups and worked on their pumpkins for a whole week.

The effect was amazing!

Every group had their own idea for Halloween pumpkin so after few days we could admire a lot of different styles of funny or scary or pretty pumpkins, it was very hard to choose the best that’s why in our opinion every pumpkin won.
